Delete Your Account

We respect your right to delete your ZeroedIQ account and all associated data. This page explains exactly how to request account deletion.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your ZeroedIQ account and all associated data, email ava@zeroediq.com with:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your ZeroedIQ account
• Confirmation that you understand all data will be permanently deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation to your registered email address.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (email, name, username, display preferences)
• All training session data (target sessions, timer sessions, skeet sessions)
• All shot records and per-shot data
• All custom drills and Course of Fire templates you created
• All firearm inventory, accessories, and ammunition records
• Your DOPE cards
• All favorites and history
• Your handicap score and statistics
• All push notification subscriptions
• All app preferences and settings
• Any feedback you submitted via the in-app feedback system

What May Be Retained

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you (for product improvement)
• Financial transaction records required by law (e.g., subscription payment records — retained as required by accounting and tax regulations)
• Support correspondence that is part of legal disputes or fraud investigation

In-App Deletion (Coming Soon)

We are working on adding a self-serve "Delete Account" button within the ZeroedIQ mobile app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Until that feature ships, please use the email process above.
